Hopkinsville, Ky -  Former Commonwealth's Attorney Rick Boling has begun a private law practice in Western Kentucky.  Boling served as Christian County's chief felony prosecutor for seven years (2000-2006). Boling said that he will have a general practice, however, he anticipates the majority of his practice will be criminal cases in both Federal and State Courts.  Boling's background includes nine years of law enforcement, four years as a private criminal defense attorney, and ten years as a prosecutor.

Ft. Campbell, KY - Attorney Richard Boling defends young man arrested following a search of the vehicle were officers found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cocaine.  Boling's client convicted of possession of marijuana and received a fine.

Bowling Green, KY -  Attorney Richard Boling defends a young man charged in the U.S. District Court with Bank Fraud.  The penalty range is up to 30 years. Defendant received a 15 month sentence.
